This list is NOT comprehensive and is really meant to give you an indication of the type of products that are available. Most of these products are in limited supply and are available for only a short time. Please contact us for the latest list of available components, systems, monitors, printers and other peripherals.

aOK-Verified - These  components are used and are cleaned and tested by qualified technicians (we actually put them in a system and get them up and running before they are shipped). The intent here is to ensure you get a quality product not just an untested "pull' from a used system. These products carry a 30 day parts warranty.

Refurbished - This category usually means off-lease business products (or factory returns). Of course, with the off-lease products you can expect a certain amount of cosmetic wear and tear but functionally they are in "like new" condition. These always carry a minimum of a 90 day parts and labour warranty. In the case of factory returns, they frequently carry a manufacturer's warranty. The description of each product will contain the warrranty terms.

Regarding support. No matter which of our products you purchase you can rest assured that we will be there to help you with technical issues for the duration of the warranty. Just give us a call or send us an email with any of your questions or concerns. Unfortunately we must limit the free support to the preinstalled hardware and software.
