About us

Tay Valley Systems  is a one-stop destination for services ranging from the 

sale of systems, parts and peripherals (printers, monitors, external devices, et al) to 

hardware maintenance, repairs and upgrades and training.

New to computers? Got a thorny problem you just can't seem to resolve? 

We can help. Ask us about help desk style support (e-mail or live) for both business 

and consumers. This service which can be contracted or on a case by case basis can

save you the costs of an in house IT professional. (This can be a significant saving)

It can also be helpful after the manufacturer's warranty runs out on your new 

system.

Who are we and what have we done? 

We have been actively involved in the personal computing industry since its infancy 

and we also have significant experience in customer relations and customer service. 

Starting with data processing on mainframes and a Burroughs mini computer in the

1970’s we moved through the introduction of the original personal computers in the

late 70’s to the state of the art products that grace our homes and offices today. 

Our experience includes...building, repairing and upgrading computers (we’re A+ 

certified), technical support, corporate customer relations, teaching applications & 

basic computer skills. 

We also developed and managed the email technical support for a major computer 

company.
