Preventative maintenance

Preventative maintenance is perhaps one of your cheapest forms of insurance. This is a basic truth that isn't lost on governments, the military or major corporations and applies to almost any form of technology including your car and your computer system. (Just think about why you change the oil in your car on a regular basis.)

We can't offer guarantees that you'll never have a problem, that would be foolhardy, but we can help you minimize the odds of headaches. This can take the form of virus detection and removal, maximizing the performance of the system, tuning up your hard drives, performing software installation and setup (including operating systems and more.

Cleaning

Dust, smoke and grease can accumulate on PC parts and that can lead to poor performance, occasionally a complete system crash and even physical damage.

These contaminants can clog vents, seize cooling fans and insulate chips, that means overheating, which can damage or destroy chips and cards - including expensive CPUs and system boards. The worst part is the damage occurs slowly, leading to intermittent errors and problems that are hard to track down.

Then there's the notion of the bacterial contamination (we're not kidding) that abounds in an office environment. Legitimate university studies show that the number one culprit is your telephone, then your desk and then your keyboard. Eating at your desk is an area that has as much as 100 times more bacteria than a kitchen table. The bottom line - clean your computer system  (or let us do it) every three to six months and you could save a lot in costly repairs, downtime and lost productivity.
