Repairs and Upgrades 

Computers are machines, although we'd like them to be perfect they're man-made and as such can and do break down. Our task is to identify the malfunction and repair it as quickly as possible to minimize the downtime and the costs of lost productivity. Our service is quick, reasonably priced and designed to get you up and running with the minimum of inconvenience.

Meanwhile, on the upgrade side...we all know that a system seems obsolete within minutes of delivery to your door. We may be able to help minimize the impact of an ever changing technology. MOST systems are designed on what's called open architecture. In short, that means that individual components are replaceable and/or upgradeable. 

Much like buying a new DVD player for your home theatre or replacing the VCR, computer components can also be changed or upgraded. Faster drives, more memory, a new video card with better performance and a host of other products can all help if you feel your system is getting too old to handle the load or just won't run the software you need. 

This can actually save you money by letting you change ONLY the components that are causing the bottleneck (if that's the problem). That's much less expensive than buying a whole new system.

A note to our nearby neighbours....we offer free pickup and delivery within 30km of our Perth, Ontario office. This includes not only the town of Perth but Smiths Falls, Franktown, Portland, Frankville, Innisville, Macdonald's Corners, Westport and Lanark. (If you are outside this area we can still help but must charge $1 km over 30 KM from our office)
