orders are processed manually. It's more personal & its worth
the extra effort to ensure a trouble free transaction. This
means you get the right product the first time & you're not
backordered because availability or specifications changed.
Please use the form below to tell us what you need and we'll
contact you directly with a total & delivery details. Because we
only keep a small stock and order from our suppliers on an as
needed basis it usually takes two business days to get your
order out. From there its in the hands of the carrier but you
can usually expect delivery in about a week.
Shipping-
We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service almost exclusively
and insist on insurance. We've found it to be fast and
economical. If you prefer another carrier please let us know in
the comments section of the form and we'll be happy to oblige.

Payment methods-
We usually opt for Paypal as we've found it safe and allows our
customers to use their credit cards. We can also accept e-mail
money transfers (if you do online banking in Canada), money
orders or your personal cheque (cheque must clear before we can
ship). Whichever you choose we'll give you the details when we
contact you with the total.
